How do I find adult sports leagues near me?
Create a free Squad Snag account and head to the Leagues tab. Use our sports league finder to filter by your state, sport, and skill level. We list adult sports leagues, recreational sports leagues, and competitive leagues across every sport — soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, pickleball, and more. Once you find a league that fits, you can follow it or apply to join directly in the app.
How do I find pickup games in my area?
Squad Snag connects you with other athletes near you so you can arrange pickup games in your area. Create your profile with your sport, skill level, and location, then use the Snag Your Squad tab to find athletes nearby. From there you can challenge any player to a match — choose a sport, time, and location and get out and play. Many athletes use Squad Snag specifically to organize casual pickup games.
How do I join a recreational sports league?
To join a recreational sports league, open the Leagues page and filter by sport and your state. Tap any league to view details including skill level, divisions, open spots, and how to register. If the league is on Squad Snag, you can request to join as a member directly in the app. For leagues that manage registration externally, the league profile includes contact info and a link to their website.
How do I find a team to play on near me?
Open the Teams tab to browse open rosters near you. Filter by sport and location to find teams that are actively recruiting. Tap a team to see their sport, skill level, and current roster, then request to join. Team owners review and approve join requests, so you'll get a notification once you're in. You can also create your own team and invite athletes you find through the app.
