Google Sign-In: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.

Apple Sign-In: if you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's anonymized relay email) from Apple.
2. How We Use Your Information

Enable you to find athletes, join teams, request matches, and participate in leagues.

Process premium subscription payments via RevenueCat (iOS/Android) and Stripe (web).

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With other users
•
Your profile (name, sports, skill level, location, bio, and photo) is visible to other Squad Snag users so they can find and connect with you.
•
Match request details are shared between the sender and receiver.
•
Team roster information is visible to team members and, for public teams, to all users.
•
League membership is visible to league organizers and, depending on league settings, other members.
With service providers
•
Supabase: our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and profile data.
•
RevenueCat: our in-app purchase management platform for iOS and Android subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play.
•
Stripe: our payment processor for web-based premium subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment card information and is PCI-compliant.
•
Expo / Apple / Google: push notification delivery infrastructure.
For legal reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Squad Snag, our users, or the public.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, which uses industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).
Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by our security policies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights
Account and profile

You can update your profile information at any time from the Profile tab in the app.
•
You can change your profile photo or remove it at any time.
Push notifications
•
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Squad Snag; Android: Settings → Apps → Squad Snag → Notifications).
Account deletion
•
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@squadsnag.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data access
•
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@squadsnag.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Squad Snag is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@squadsnag.com and we will promptly delete it.
7. Third-Party Links
The app or our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as app stores, social media profiles, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice within the app or by email.
